Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during business hours. E-wallet withdrawals to DANA, e-wallet, or mobile banking typically complete within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing time. If you request a withdrawal during a holiday such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may be delayed until the next business day. We notify you via email and in-app message when your withdrawal is approved and when it reaches your account. If a withdrawal does not arrive within the expected window, contact our support team with your transaction ID.
KYC verification requires two documents: a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months).
